Before starting his firm, Langley was Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council for 8 years. Langley served for nearly a decade as Vice President of Government Affairs for the USA Rice Federation. Before joining USA Rice, Langley was a senior agriculture policy advisor to Rep. Terry Everett (R-AL) from 2001 through 2003.
Langley was raised on his family’s cotton, grain, and cattle farm in Athens, Alabama. He earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics, followed by an MBA, both from Auburn University.
